From Planning to Celebration
A setup can look beautiful in person and still photograph poorly. A photographer can arrive on time and still miss the feeling behind the occasion. Because our team handles the setup and photography together, we plan for both.
Setup, styling, photography and film are planned together, so fewer people need your attention.

Beach celebrations involve timing, weather, access and a few practical details. Reading these notes before booking helps us plan your setup clearly and prevents surprises on the day.
A 20% non-refundable advance confirms your booking. The remaining balance must be paid on or before the event date. Additional services and expenses are charged separately.
Minor changes may be possible depending on materials, location and availability. Major additions, custom elements or services outside the selected package are charged separately.
The setup can be used for up to three hours unless agreed otherwise. Installation and removal time are separate and not included in the celebration duration.
Beach celebrations may be affected by rain, wind, tides, heat and public activity. If unavoidable weather prevents the event, a suitable alternative may be discussed subject to availability.
Parking, venue charges, permissions, electricity, accommodation and additional travel are not included unless clearly mentioned in your confirmed package.
Food, cake and beverages are not included in the displayed package prices. Extra requirements can be discussed and quoted separately.
Coverage is limited to the hours, location and services in the selected package. It begins at the agreed reporting time, including delays caused by the client or guests.
Only professionally selected and edited photographs are delivered. Unedited, duplicate, rejected and RAW files are not included unless agreed in writing.

Yes. Names, selected colours and small styling changes can be discussed depending on availability. Larger changes, custom elements or additional decoration may affect the final price.
Yes. Every package listed on this page includes one professional photographer for one hour and 30–50 professionally selected, colour-graded and retouched photographs.
Each listed package includes one professionally edited cinematic reel of approximately 40–60 seconds.
No. Food, cake and beverages are not included in the displayed package prices. Extra requirements can be discussed and quoted separately.
Additional photography time, extended video coverage or other services may be added depending on availability and will be quoted separately.
Most beach locations are public or shared spaces. A decorative setup does not make the surrounding beach private. If privacy is important, mention it before booking so suitable options can be discussed.
Outdoor celebrations depend on safe weather and location conditions. If unavoidable weather prevents the setup, available alternatives will be discussed according to the confirmed booking terms.
Book as early as possible for weekends, holidays, travel seasons and important dates. Your selected date is confirmed after the advance payment.
Yes. Share the plan privately with us. We can coordinate the setup, arrival timing, reveal and photography around the surprise.
